The agreement between you and Valumira when you use this site, request an instant offer, or accept a buyer's offer.
Last updated: August 1, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Valumira ("Valumira," "we," "us") and the services on this site. By using Valumira, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Valumira is an AI deal-broker for selling your car. You enter your vehicle details and receive an instant estimated offer. Our agent then solicits and surfaces offers from vetted dealers, instant-buyers, and verified buyers. We act as a broker connecting you with buyers — Valumira does not itself buy your car.
Valumira also accepts non-vehicle goods — watches, jewelry, handbags, sneakers and other items — on consignment. When you consign an item, you keep ownership of it and we list it for sale on your behalf on third-party marketplaces, under accounts operated by Valumira. Consignment is covered by the sections below in addition to everything else in these Terms.
The instant offer and any figures shown on the site are illustrative estimates based on the information you provide and market data. They are not binding guarantees. A final, binding price depends on verification of your item or vehicle (including its actual condition, title, and history) by the buyer. The number you accept from a buyer, after any verification, is the number that governs that sale.
Valumira does not authenticate items and does not represent that any item is genuine. We identify, photograph and describe what you send us, and we run an automated screen over the photographs and the details you provide. That screen can look for signs that something is wrong — a reference number that doesn't match the model, a serial in the wrong format, a purity stamp that contradicts the metal described, a price far below what the item should command. It cannot establish that an item is authentic, and no photograph-based check can. A competent counterfeit passes every test of this kind.
Because of that, items are listed in an unverified state and the listing says so. Nothing on this site, in a listing, or in any message from us should be read as a representation, warranty or guarantee of authenticity. Where an item is sold through a marketplace programme that includes independent authentication (for example eBay's Authenticity Guarantee), that inspection is performed by that marketplace and its authenticator, not by Valumira, and is governed by their terms.
The screen's findings are shown to you before you consign. If it flags something, that is information for you to act on — not a determination about your item, and not an accusation.
These are the representations we rely on, and they are the whole basis on which we are willing to list an item for you. Each time you consign an item you represent and warrant that:
If any of this turns out to be untrue, you are responsible for what follows. You agree to indemnify and hold Valumira harmless against any claim, loss, penalty, marketplace sanction, chargeback, refund, seizure, legal fee or account suspension arising from an item you consigned that was counterfeit, not yours to sell, or materially misdescribed. This survives the end of these Terms.
We may, at any time and without notice, decline to list an item, remove or amend a listing, cancel a sale, decline to release funds, return an item to you at your cost, or surrender an item to a marketplace, rights-holder or law enforcement where we are required to. We will do this where we have reason to believe an item is counterfeit, not yours to sell, misdescribed, or where a marketplace, rights-holder or authority requires it. Counterfeit goods cannot lawfully be returned into circulation, so an item that is established to be counterfeit will not simply be sent back to you.
None of these are obligations. We do not undertake to screen, detect, or intercept anything, and not exercising a right on one occasion does not waive it.
Getting offers through Valumira is free for sellers. We're paid a success fee by the buyer who wins your car — never by you. You are never obligated to accept any offer, and nothing binds you until you choose to move forward.
Offers come from independent third-party buyers. Valumira screens the buyers in our network, but any sale is a transaction between you and that buyer, on their applicable terms. We are not a party to that sale and are not responsible for a buyer's performance, payment, or conduct, though we work to keep the process safe and will help where we can.
Don't misuse the service — including submitting false information, attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the site, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
The Valumira name, site, and content are owned by Valumira and protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the site to sell your vehicle.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any estimate reflects the final price you'll receive.
In particular, and without limiting the above: we make no warranty as to the authenticity, origin, provenance, materials, age or condition of any item, whether or not our screen flagged it, and whether or not a listing went live. An item we did not flag is an item we did not detect a problem with — it is not an item we checked and cleared.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Valumira is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the service or any transaction with a buyer.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use Valumira after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
